The sole purpose of factcheck.org.uk is to validate the accuracy of statements made by UK political parties. With the election due on the 6th May 2010, there is a growing public need to know if politicians are fabricating promises based on pseudo figures, or are, in fact, genuine and entirely feasible deliverables.
